Buyout
Private events, without the back-and-forth.
Someone wants the back room for a retirement party. Today that's six emails, a pencil mark on the calendar by the register, a quote in a Word document, and a deposit taken over the phone. Buyout keeps it in one place — from the first question to the run sheet your staff read on the night. Built for taprooms, speakeasies, wine bars, and restaurants with a room to rent out.

How it goes
From "is the 14th free?"
to the night itself.
-
01 · Ask
A booking page that answers first
Your spaces, your packages with prices, and the dates already taken — so nobody asks for a Saturday you can't give. Link it from Instagram or drop it into your own website. Works on any phone, no app, no account for the guest.
-
02 · Reply
One inbox, by where it stands
New, replied, quoted, held, confirmed. Reply from your phone and it goes out as email with your address to answer. Every message the guest was sent stays on the inquiry, so the manager on tonight knows what you promised.
-
03 · Hold
Pencil it in
Hold the date for 72 hours while they decide. It lets go on its own. Two bookings can never land on the same room at the same time — the database refuses it, not just a warning.
-
04 · Quote
A quote they accept by name
Built from the package and your policy: lines, service charge, minimum spend, deposit. The guest opens a link, types their name, ticks the box. The terms they agreed to are kept with it, whatever you change later.
-
05 · Headcount
The final number, on time
A confirmed guest gets their own page with what's booked and paid, and changes the headcount until your cutoff — which it names to the minute. A reminder goes out the day before it closes.
-
06 · The night
A run sheet nobody typed
Who, when, how many, which room, the package, the host's number, and your notes on food, bar, and dietary needs. Generated from the booking and emailed to you the day before. It prints.
On the laptop, too
The month at a glance, held and booked.
Close a room for a staff party in two taps. Subscribe your phone's calendar to every hold and booking. Bring a manager on with their own login — owners decide who's on the team, managers run everything else.
Where it stands
Working today,
and one piece coming.
Until card deposits ship, you take the deposit the way you do now and confirm the date with one tap. There's no price list yet: the first few venues get set up by hand, and help decide what it should cost.
