Software with
a soul.

  1. Mixed Spirits formerly Muddled

    Every spec. One searchable book.

Recipes scattered across screenshots, notes apps, and notebooks become cards you can search, batch to fifty servings, and print as a menu — with version history and full export, so nothing you dialed in gets lost.

  2. Daypart

Scheduling without the corporate HR bloat.

Build the week, collect availability, approve swaps and time off from one queue, and publish to the whole crew. For bars, cafés, salons, and shops of 3 to 75 people — no payroll, no onboarding modules, on purpose.

  3. Shoebox

    Photos nobody else should see.

A vault behind Face ID or a PIN, encrypted on the device, out of your camera roll. There is no networking code in the app at all — and you can check that claim yourself. One purchase, no subscription.

  4. Saivo

Eat dinner without the gluten panic.

A gluten-free dining card you hand to the waiter — in 85+ languages, verified by native speakers, fully offline. Built by someone who travels with celiac disease and got tired of guessing.

  5. Discretion Underground

The official app and site for Newton's speakeasy.

Cocktails, events, reservations, and a push notification when the green door opens — native on iPhone and Android, with a website to match, for a bar that doesn't advertise.

  6. Buyout

    Private events, without the back-and-forth.

A booking page, an inbox by stage, pencil-in holds, quotes the guest accepts by name, and a run sheet for the staff — for taprooms, speakeasies, and back rooms. In early access with its first venues.

  7. Kegboard

Change a tap once. Every screen follows.

Kick a keg from your phone and the TV over the bar, the QR menu, the website menu, and the printed sheet all change with it. Real keg inventory, cocktails and food on equal footing, and a board that keeps showing the menu when the wifi drops.

The Studio

Something lingers
in the code.

Ghostwood is a one-person indie studio haunted by a simple idea: the best software comes from people who've lived inside the problem. We don't build apps about cocktails because we read about them. We build them because we've stood behind the bar.

Based in the foothills of North Carolina, Ghostwood finds the quiet intersections between hospitality, travel, and craft — and builds tools that feel like they were always supposed to exist.
